Case Study

Are you planning to make changes to your home?

Whether you are planning structural changes such as an addition or second storey, renovation of an existing kitchen, bathroom or basement or a new home, Mark Gibson Design can make your dreams come true.

Mark Gibson Design Procedure

Initial meeting--- at the site of the proposed renovation or new construction, to discuss the changes you want to make. Mark will go through your wish list and decide if permits are required. There is no charge for this meeting.

Second meeting---after discussing your budget and what you need and want, Mark will examine the existing structure and measure it for 3D drawings of proposals you discussed.

Third meeting---Mark brings his design concept drawings for discussion.
Mark calls this the “what if” stage. He will re-design these concepts until you are happy.

Once you approve a final design, Mark will produce a working drawing that has the necessary detail to show to a contractor for pricing.

After a final proposal is decided upon, permit drawings are made with the added necessary details and submitted to the Planning Department. When the permit is received, construction can begin.
